Abstract

教育學門過去20年來，由於各種教育改革的積極推動以及教育系所與師資培育中心的開放設置，使得投入教育研究的學術人口大幅成長。不過，也因為教育學門的學術生態環境與知識應用的特質，致使研究能量的開展受到侷限。基於教育學知識的形成倚賴實務經驗，大量研究人力投入實務現場服務，卻也同時負荷沉重的實習與專業進修課程，無法專研基礎研究。而有些專注投入於研究的人員，又在快速生產的學術環境中，忽略教育學研究扎根於教育現場的觀察與參與，使得研究成果難以引起教育現場的共鳴。
