The Bulletin of Educational Research (BER) published by the Department of Education at National Taiwan Normal University, which was founded in 1958 and formerly known as the "Bulletin of the Institute of Education", is one of the oldest and most prestigious domestic journals published in Taiwan.
The BER has a long and rich history in conjunction with a well-established track record of long-term investment in the educational discourse of academic achievements and academic research in the area of public education. The journal provides an impartial, professional space for dialogue and constantly strives to push for improvement and innovation in the field of education. In addition to the "Excellent Journal Grant" awarded by the National Science Council in the years 2003 and 2004, the journal was included in the "Taiwan Social Science Citation Index" (TSSCI) database and has been formally accepted into TSSCI database.
